Initial assessment: $175

Our initial assessment appointment includes a full or focussed assessment and history (based on your needs), recommendations for additional testing, nutrition discussion, and supplement review. We will discuss your wellness goals and make a plan for working towards those goals.


Return Appointments: $75

Return visits can be in person or virtual, depending on your needs. We will review your progress and any challenges you’ve faced. We may update your wellness plan, recommend further testing, or it may be more of a check-in. 


Labs and Additional Health Assessments

Depending on your needs, we may discuss options for additional health assessments and lab testing. Any agreed upon laboratory testing will be provided at an additional cost. Many of these tests cannot be billed to insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid, and no super bill will be provided; we will discuss any testing recommended for you and your care.
